Joining Rodman Basketball Club!
Rodman Basketball Club participates in the Domestic Competition of the Southern Districts Junior Basketball League (SDJBL).
Games are held on Saturday afternoons, and are held at venues within the southern Adelaide area, and we play against clubs from the local areas. Games are scheduled to start from first game at 12:10pm through to the last time slot of 5:10pm. A full list of participating clubs can be found here.
Basketball seasons are aligned to school terms, with Winter season generally running from late April / early May to September (terms 2 & 3), and Summer season running from October to March (terms 4 & 1).
At Rodman Basketball Club, we pride ourselves on being more than just a basketball club; we are a Skills Academy dedicated to the development and growth of each and every player. From beginners to advanced players, our coaching staff focuses on improving fundamental skills, basketball IQ, and team dynamics. Our tailored training programs aim to equip young athletes with the skills and knowledge they need to excel, both on and off the court.
We pride ourselves on our training program, which focuses on skills development as a whole group, opposed to segmenting into teams and players learning different skills or plays to others. We believe that a strong foundation in basketball fundamentals is the key to a player’s long-term success, and we are committed to providing that foundation.
